IT ALL STARTS WITH THE PERFECT BEAN


We work closely with a local roastery to achieve marketable coffee blends; each with individual personality, purpose and flavour profiles. Some are chosen specifically for their ability to cut through milk fats for a perfectly balanced cappuccino or latte - others for their palatability when drunk black.


Our roasts are distinctly individual; but not so specialised you need to be a coffee expert to appreciate them!


Because it's our own brand, carrying our name, we take quality control and price point very seriously. When you purchase Auresco, you are buying a high quality product for your establishment; and something distinctly individual for your business.

A bold and adventurous fusion of dark roasted 100% Arabica beans sourced from Sao Paulo region of Brazil and the Copan region of Honduras. An intense coffee with praline and dark cocoa notes, blended with roasted pecan nut and burnt caramel flavours resulting in a complex, strong brew. As a black drink, this blend is ideal for those who like a stronger, more roasted, malty flavour. It will cut through steamed, foamed and frothed milk to offer a good balanced flavour in milk-based drinks such as latte or cappuccino.

Sourced from the Vietnam Central Highlands, this 100% Robusta blend of medium dark roast beans is an intense taste experience. It boasts earthy, nutty, and chocolatey notes that seamlessly elevate milk-based drinks. A pure Robusta coffee has a higher caffeine content than other blends and makes a great choice for those looking for a perk-me-up brew. As a black drink, the coffee will be strong, bold and punchy and not for the faint hearted. It excels through steamed, foamed and frothed milk to offer a strong coffee flavour in milk-based drinks such as latte or cappuccino.

Sourced from the famous Huila region of Western Colombia, this medium dark roast of 100% Arabica beans presents a well-balanced acidity and a delicate medium body. It starts off sweet, revealing notes of tart fruit, and finishes with bittersweet, dark cocoa notes. The finish is persistent and satisfying. Perfect as a black espresso-based drink including an Americano/Long Black. For those who prefer a milder coffee experience, this will serve as a delightful espresso base for milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, ensuring a pleasing balance without overwhelming strength. All the flavour, but without the caffeine! Unlike most “standard” decaf coffee in the UK, Auresco Decaf coffee is 100% chemical free, using a sparkling water method to draw out the caffeine molecules in a gentle and natural process.

Sourced from the famous Huila region of Western Colombia, this Fairtrade Medium-Dark roast blend of 100% Arabica beans is wonderfully bright and fruity, with notes of toffee apple and blackcurrant. Napoli has complex juicy body with great sweetness throughout and subtle notes of dark chocolate in the finish. This blend offers exceptional versatility. It shines as a black filter brew, allowing the unique origin characteristics to shine through. It is equally delicious with the addition of milk and/or sugar, ensuring you can enjoy this coffee just the way you like it. This product is certified Fairtrade and sourced from the Asprotimina Farmer’s Cooperative.

This coffee bean blend combines the rich flavours of Brazilian and Ethiopian Arabica beans with the boldness of Indian and Vietnamese Robusta beans, offering a harmonious fusion of South American and Southeast Asian coffee traditions. Savour the taste of deep, velvet cocoa balanced by some sweet caramel notes and subtle roasted hazelnuts in the background. A smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a long syrupy finish. As a black drink, this coffee blend boasts a velvety thickness, rich flavor, and a lingering finish. Alternatively, it harmonizes beautifully with milk, creating a satisfying all-day coffee experience.

WHICH GRIND TO CHOOSE?

WHOLE BEAN

Whole beans are the most versatile when paired with a grinder - any type of grind is possible; from extra coarse for cold-brew and fine ground for espresso.

CAFETIERE

A coarse grind of coffee suitable for cafetière or "French Press". With this type of extraction the coffee needs the maximum surface area for the water to interact with.

FILTER

Medium grind - the most commonly used. Used in filter machines and can also be used for pour-over cone brewing or vacuums pots.
